These concealers have been out for sometime now but I really like them. These were actually the first drugstore concealers I tried that worked, so they have a special place in my makeup collection.  Below are swatches of the 6 LA concealers that I  currently own left to right. Almond, toast, toffee, dark coco, warm honey, fawn. For reference I’m a NC50 in most MAC foundations.

Though I’ve seen a few people on youtube use these concealers as foundation, I use them  to highlight and contour. I use toffee or fawn depending on the type of highlight I’m going for. For contouring I like to use dark coco or toast.

These concealers don’t always blend easy on my combo dry skin. But there are a few thing I do to help with this. I hold the closed tube under warm or hot water for about 30 seconds. This helps the product to move around and blend better. I also find that moisturizing my face well prior to applying the concealer also helps.

If not set with a powder these concealers wear of after about 6-8 hours. Overall on a sale of 1-5 with 5 being the best, I give these concealers a 4.
