Nieva Post Shave Balm As A Primer Review

I was in search of a reasonable priced face primer when I started seeing reviews on this. After seeing a people rave about the Nivea Post Shave Balm as a face primer, I felt it would be worth a try.  I figure I could pass it on to my husband if it didn’t work. Win, win.

I purchased Nivea Post Shave Balm from Walmart for a little over $5 . As pictured it comes in a white bottle that’s a simple and clean looking. This sensitive skin formula contains no alcohol. The first 2 ingredients are Water and Glycerin, that’s a plus for me.It also contains witch hazel, vitamin E, and chamomile which are all great for the skin.

The Nivea Post Shave Balm has a light smell that disappears within 30-45 minutes. I don’t usually have a issue with the smell.Every once in awhile my allergies do act up. When this occurs I just briskly fan my face while its drying. This gets rid of the scent faster. The box states that it improves skin condition over time. The Nivea Post Shave Balm is light and comfortable on the skin. My skin feels good after removing it, no issues at all.

To use the Nivea Post Shave Balm as a face primer, begin with a cleansed face. I personally use my hands to apply it, but a brush should be ok. I recommend a flat foundation brush. Allow product to sit until dry, follow with foundation as normal.

Price wise the Nivea Post Shave Balm is good for a beauty on a budget. You can get so many uses out of one bottle and it gets the job done. It’s a 5 out of 5 for me. Overall I’m glad I gave this a try. The price isn’t bad at all. If you decide to try it leave me comment and tell me what you think, I love to know your opinion.
