The Tartelette In Bloom eye shadow palette is suitable for all skin tones. This palette has become my go to palette.  I use at least two colors from it when I wear makeup.I call this  my natural palette with a splash of glam.

PROS: As with all of Tarte Cosmetics, the packaging of the Tartelete In Bloom  palette Stellar. The shadows are buttery so application is seamless. The Tartelette in Bloom Palette has an Amazing vanilla smell. I seriously look forward to opening it. The colors are mostly neutral, which I LOVE. I’m a medical professional so I stick to neutral colors at work. I use the frosted/ shimmer colors for a pop of glam.

CONS:  This palette was a  Christmas gift and at  first glace I  underestimated it. I love how it can be used for everyday as well as special occasions. I honestly have no Cons for this.My personal favorite colors are firecracker, sweetheart, rebel, leader, funny girl.
